The service was excellent; friendly, helpful, good recommendations, professional and had great personalities. The food was also very good, dinner and breakfast. Provided a very nice and special treat for my wife's birthday. Nice bar. And the accommodations were outstanding, the decor stunning, the rooms bright, neat and clean. Location could not have been better for our touring plans. One of the best if not the best places we have ever stayed.

The front desk staff and Concierge were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant were a nightmare. We received the worst service at breakfast had to wait an hour to place our order and then waited to receive it and then couldn’t get the bill when we were in a rush. Ultimately we complain to the manager and he gave us a complementary breakfast but it left a very bad taste in our mouth‘s about the whole experience of staying at the hotel. Very unfortunate Since we really did think it was a lovely property.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Above all else, the staff were fantastic and worked extremely hard help us at all times. They were friendly, helpful, and had lots of times to help us plan our outings. Nothing was too much for them to do. From the door staff, to the front of house, to the concierge, all were amazing. My wife said the bed was the most comfortable she has ever slept in, great as she was 17 weeks pregnant. They wrote us a message on the mirror for our 2nd year wedding anniversary and left us a cake in the room. They really made it extra special. The design of the hotel is amazing, we particularly liked the bar area, the lighting and atmosphere were great and the staff very attentive. It is a stunning location. My mum and I stayed at Cotton House for a weekend trip to Barcelona. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they really made our stay even more enjoyable. The building and the décor are stunning. The terrace and pool area are wonderful places to enjoy drinks and food in the sunshine. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The decor and style of the building was outstanding! Amazing spiral staircase. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail exceptional. Even down to writing a personal message on a large mirror welcoming us for our anniversary stay 😀

Location and hotel environment. Welcoming glass of cava, bar and that lovely patio. Room was a bit tight but that’s true in most historic sites

Great location, very nice and friendly staff, one of the staff called "Reyes" was so kind and gave me a tour in the hotel while explaining the history of the building, I appreciate this a lot! the hotel is different with a combination of old and modern style. Comfortable beds, and very nice facility.
